200 on the jumping rope

1 big bowl plus 2 small bowls of macaroni soup, 1 mandarin orange

Randomly weighed myself today, I was about 93 lbs. Not bad, I thought I was around 97.

Successful days so far: 10

500 on the jumping rope
2 white corns, 1 mandarin orange, a scoop of ice cream, a small cup of chocolate mousse, 1/4 cup of rice with some squid, 2 small fishes, 1 mango

So I complain about my poor eating habits while on a diet then I proceed to eat badly? My mom brought the chocolate mousse home for me but I just wish I knew so that I wouldn’t have eaten the scoop of ice cream before.

I’m going to stop beating myself up for today. I will make tomorrow better.

Lol this is my body…all covered up.

I feel really bad because it seems like I’m not trying to lose weight because of the unhealthy food I’ve been eating. Like, what are cheat days for? :\

1/3 of a baguette, a handful of fries, a small slice of egg pie, cookies and cream milkshake, a bowl of oatmeal

I feel bad. I didn’t have to have that shake.
