If you want a cookie or a piece of chocolate, just eat it, don’t deprive yourself because if you do you more are likely to end up binging. But always be careful with how much you eat. If you want a cookie, eat only one cookie and don’t eat any more sweets/ candy/ cakes/ cookies for the rest of the day. Allowing yourself to get a treat sometimes is the best thing to do! Don’t deprive yourself!
